	Guarantee Policy
	All reservations require a 2 night or 30 percent-whichever is greater-deposit by valid credit card at time of booking. With management approval, deposit can be held for 12 months and applied to an alternate booking.

	Cancellation Policy
	Must cancel 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation and/or no show charge of the 2 night deposit. All cancellations are charged a 25.00 processing fee. Phone and written notice is required. No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
